Dugout Manager Warranty

The Dugout Manager has a lifetime warranty.

CSI CREATIVE SPORTS INNOVATIONS INC. is not responsible or liable for any injury or mishap of any kind to a person or persons that use the Dugout Manager outside of its intended or recommended use.

This policy includes but is not limited to, the installing and removing of the Dugout Manager on or from, a fence or dugout, or testing beyond its recommended usage.

POLICY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGES CAUSED BY IMPROPER USE, ATTACHING TO FENCE OR REMOVING FROM FENCE, ATTEMPTS TO REPAIR OR MODIFY, ANY USE BEYOND ITS INTENDED USE, OR BY ACCIDENT, FIRE OR OTHER HAZARD.

RETURNS

• Returns will only be accepted for product unused, in original condition.
• Please contact our office for the return instructions and address at 1-800-890-8987.
• You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
• In the event of a defective or broken unit, not caused by inappropriate use,  returns or replacements will be made promptly.
